This crazy life of mine finds me traveling half the year guiding and teaching photography workshops both worldwide and in the domestic United States. When I’m not traveling, I’m at home with my husband Keith, 3 dogs and extended family in Charleston, South Carolina.In 2013 I married Keith Briley, a man with crystal clear blue eyes and a crooked smile. Shortly after we launched Charleston Photography Tours. Soon after we created Photography Workshop Company. When I wasn’t traveling I honestly missed my people who I had the opportunity to guide and learning doesn’t need to be confined to travel, so we created Sharpen Your Shutter so that I could help others grow in their photographic art.
It’s a crazy busy life that we lead, and everyday it’s a fight to keep priorities straight, stay inspired and not burn out. Constantly asking and reminding myself why I do what I do keeps be focused and balanced. Constantly evolving my style and switching mediums of artistic expression help to fuel what keeps me going. Above all else, I’m an avid reader and my faith in Christ is deeply important to me.
